Course Description
Mata kuliah ini memiliki kedudukan sebagai Mata Kuliah yang mendasari seluruh mata kuliah dalam bagian Hukum Pemerintahan. Berfungsi sebagai rujukan substansi mata kuliah Hukum pemerintahan lainnya. Mengajarkan tentang asas-asas, norma-norma dan aturan serta fenomena yang ada dalam Hukum Administrasi Negara. Perkuliahan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah, analisis studi kasus, presentasi dan diskusi.
Program Objectives (PO)
- mahasiswa menguasai substansi mata kuliah Hukum Administrasi Negara.
- Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan asas-asas, norma-norma, dan aturan dasar dalam Hukum Tata Negara sebagai fondasi bagi pengembangan hukum pemerintahan
- Mahasiswa mampu mengembangkan argumentasi hukum yang logis dan berbasis norma dalam menyikapi isu-isu ketatanegaraan kontemporer
- Mahasiswa mampu menunjukkan sikap adil, taat hukum, dan bertanggung jawab dalam diskusi dan pengambilan keputusan terkait isu-isu ketatanegaraan
