Course Procedural Law Constitutional Court

This course is a study of the history of the Constitutional Court, the position of the Constitutional Court, the Functions/Duties of the Constitutional Court, the Authority of the Constitutional Court, the Principles and Sources of Constitutional Court Procedural Law, the requirements to become an applicant in the Constitutional Court‘s procedural law, constitutional interpretation, types of Constitutional Court decisions, state institution disputes, dissolution political parties, disputes over election results, the mechanism for the process of dismissing the President and/or Vice President. Lectures are carried out using lecture, discussion, question and answer and presentation methods
