This course discusses psychological theories and practices in educational contexts. Students will study fundamental psychological concepts relevant to teaching and learning processes, and will also examine effective training design strategies to enhance the quality of learning. The course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the relationship between psychology and education, and to develop students’ competence in designing training programs that align with participants’ needs. By the end of the course, students are expected to be able to develop skills in designing and implementing effective training programs across various educational settings.
